We manage the fulldevelopment cycle including planning, attracting financing, design,construction, and operations ofpremises.

JobDescription :

• Fundstructuring, full coordination of advisors' work on legal and taxissues
• Attracting bank and other types offinancing (subsidies, grants) for development of campus realestate
• Overlooking Fund financial model asregards potential returns forinvestors
• Accounting, reporting, budgeting, taxplanning, treasury for the fund
• Trackingcompliance with respective rules and regulations (KAGB,etc.)
