Lead Consultant SAP Data Platform (Datasphere and BW/4 HANA) (m/f/d)

Job Description

Consulting and Strategic Planning : You will develop and implement SAP data platform strategies with SAP BW / 4 HANA and SAP Datasphere to support your customers' business goals.

You will analyze and evaluate the existing data landscape, identifying optimization potentials.

Project Management : You will manage and execute SAP data platform projects from requirements gathering to implementation and aftercare.

You'll coordinate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to achieve project goals on time and within budget.

Technical Expertise : You will provide technical leadership and expertise in SAP HANA, SAP S / 4 HANA, SAP BW / 4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP, SAP SAC, and other relevant SAP technologies.

You will ensure data quality, consistency, and security within the SAP data platform.

Training and Support : You will conduct training and workshops for internal teams and customers to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement : You will investigate and implement new SAP technologies and solutions for continuous improvement and innovation.

You will participate in professional conferences, training, and certification programs to maintain and develop your technical knowledge.

Qualifications

Language Proficiency : You are business fluent in German and fluent in English.

Educational Background : You have completed studies in business administration, business informatics, business mathematics, or hold comparable qualifications.

Experience : As a lead consultant, you have 7-10 years of experience in SAP consulting (internal or external) with a focus on SAP architectures.

Process Knowledge : You know and understand at least three of the following end-to-end processes in S / 4 HANA in detail (Record to Report, Order To Cash, Purchase To Pay, Make To Stock or Make to Order, Hire to Retire, Logistics & Inventory) and can discuss requirements with the customer.

Front-End Design Experience : You have experience in front-end design in at least two of the following tools : SAP BEx, SAP BO, SAP SAC, Power BI, Tableau, Board.

Programming Skills : You have experience in programming with either ABAP OO or SQL statements / procedures. Experience in Python / Machine Learning is a plus.

Flexibility : You are flexible and willing to travel.
