How does your future job look like?

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT Service Desk operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team : Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Drive operational excellence : Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Client satisfaction : Build strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic planning : Contribute to the development and execution of strategic operational plans.
  • Performance management : Set clear performance goals, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback.

Key Requirements :

  • Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Experience in IT Service Desk operations is a plus.
