Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Start your career in the Grid Components division and play an active role in shaping the future of energy technology! As part of our 18-month trainee program in technical product marketing, you can expect practical training, exciting projects and international insights. Be the link between our customers and production, develop innovative solutions and take on responsibility in a dynamic, global environment. Become part of a team that realizes the requirements and expectations of our customers worldwide!

  • Participation in a practical 18-month trainee program, including a station in another European country
  • Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships in the international market
  • Support in the development and implementation of global product marketing strategies
  • Carrying out market analyses and creating marketing materials (brochures, presentations, online content)
  • Organization and support of product presentations, trade fairs and customer events
  • Close cooperation with internal departments such as Order Handling, Sales, Product Management and Research & Development

Qualifications for the role

  • Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field, ideally with a focus on energy technology
  • Initial practical marketing experience in an industrial environment is an advantage - however, we are also happy to give motivated career starters a chance
  • Enthusiasm for medium-voltage technology and the ability to quickly grasp technical customer applications
  • Strong communication skills, strong customer focus and a high level of initiative
  • Fluency in German and English and a team-oriented, solution-oriented approach to work
