Lawyer - Corporate and M&A

Company Description

Our client is a global law firm with a leading Corporate & M&A practice in Luxembourg. The team advises multinational clients, private equity houses, and large corporates on complex transactions and restructurings. To support continued growth, the firm is seeking a Corporate / M&A Lawyer .

Responsibilities

Advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, SPAs, and corporate documentation.

Coordinate cross-border corporate matters in collaboration with international offices.

Advise on governance, legal structuring, and regulatory requirements.

Assist with due diligence and transactional closings.

Actively contribute to business development and knowledge management.

Profile

Master’s degree in Law; admitted to the Luxembourg or another EU bar.

Between 3 and 7 years of experience in corporate / M&A, ideally within an international law firm.

Proven track record in cross-border transactions and legal structuring.

Fluent in English and French; other languages (especially German or Luxembourgish) are a plus.

Client-oriented, strong team player, and capable of managing complex transactions.
