Location : Multiple Locations in Germany (Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Munich, Berlin, Dresden, Hamburg, Wolfsburg, Nuremberg, Frankfurt am Main)
Contract Type : Full-time, Open-ended
Travel Requirement : 25% - 50%
On-Site Presence : 40%
Language Requirements : Fluent German (Native) and Advanced English (Preferred)

Qualifications : ▪ Strong desire to take on responsibility ▪ Entrepreneurial will and ability to shape things ▪ In-depth knowledge of ITIL, IT Service Management and / or IT Operations Management ▪ Many years of experience in a consulting context and appropriate professional experience as a project manager for large projects ▪ Experience in IT enterprise software, preferably ServiceNow ▪ Strong customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and action, especially at decision-maker / management level ▪ Professional, trustworthy and empathetic demeanor at CxO level ▪ Strong analytical, systematic and structured way of working ▪ Basic business knowledge (reviewing business cases, offer / product calculations, etc.) ▪ Strong ability to cooperate, work in a team and resolve conflicts, coupled with assertiveness and leadership skills ▪ Willingness to travel ▪ Fluent English skills ▪ Master's or Diploma with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills
