Tech Consultant - Expert Services (f / m / d)

What you are responsible for

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their business objectives, technological needs, and challenges. Analyze and document business requirements to develop tailored IT solutions
• Design and propose innovative technical solutions that align with client needs, leveraging our digital platforms, middleware technologies, and service offerings. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective
• Lead and manage technology projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, define project scope, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, engineers, and business leaders, to facilitate communication and ensure project alignment with client goals
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and internal teams to enhance understanding and adoption of new technologies and systems across the company for a #bettertogether
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architecture, system designs, and user guides. Prepare regular progress reports and project summaries for stakeholders
