• coordinate various stakeholders necessary for the production activity (from suppliers to customers)
• are responsible for production scheduling and planning ensuring components are delivered on time and meet aerospace quality requirements
• control stock levels manage procurement of parts and ensure supply chain continuity
• monitor and analyze production KPIs (on-time delivery quality metrics non-conformities efficiency) and define improvement plans
• support quality initiatives such as audits root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities (Lean / 6 sigma process optimization)
