Tasks

We are looking for an AAA BizDev manager to take Plex’ footprint from 1 to 15 stores, and all the way.

  • Identifying and evaluating potential locations for new store openings, including conducting market research and analyzing customer demographics.
  • Negotiating leases and managing relationships with landlords, property managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with designers and contractors to oversee the build-out and setup of new locations.
  • Ensuring new café locations align with Plex’s brand identity and operational standards.
  • Building and managing project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and effective openings.
  • Tracking the performance of new locations and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in expansion, consulting, business development, real estate or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, location scouting, and project management.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing leases or commercial property agreements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • A deep appreciation for coffee culture and Plex’s mission to deliver affordable luxury coffee experiences.
