About the Role : As a Customer Care Assistant youll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our customers in the entertainment industry. Your main responsibilities will involve handling customer inquiries via chat and email with only a small portion of your time (510%) spent on inbound calls. Youll be the first point of contact for customers ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience.
What Youll Need :
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken)
- Strong English skills (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication abilities with a passion for sports
- Strong organizational skills with a talent for decisionmaking and problemsolving
- Proficient typing skills and familiarity with computer applications (particularly MS Office)
- A teamoriented mindset with a positive and proactive approach
- Eligibility to work in Bulgaria : Only EU citizens or holders of a Bulgarian Residence Card (No visa support for nonEU citizens)
- A high school diploma (Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required)
