About the Role :
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on creative hiring, which include bulk fiction writers, promo producers, editors, etc and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions.
They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Location : Based in Germany (Remotely)
Type of Employment : 6-12 months contract
Langugae Proficiency : German and English
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation across key departments like Content & Marketing for Germany market
- Work closely with hiring managers to develop annual recruitment strategies to meet manpower requirements across Germany and for key international markets
- Identify potential candidates through creative sourcing techniques to fill the candidate pipeline
- Strategize, recommend, and drive improvements for building a talent pipeline
- Act as a consultant in hiring processes utilizing industry knowledge, compensation expertise, levelling guidelines, etc
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment (exposure to Media Tech hiring is a MUST) handling end to end recruitment activities which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities
- Solid experience in stakeholder management, data management and handling International contingency agencies & executive search firms
- Experience in recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to improve process efficiencies.
- Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes
