We are looking for a Kreditorenbuchhalter to join our Accounts Payable Team, which includes a diverse group of professionals dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient accounting operations. Working hours :

  • Part time 30 to 32 hours per week

  • Hybrid model - One day at the office per week
  • Handle invoice booking and verification (with our modern procure to pay tool)
  • Process and reconcile payments
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
  • Ensure VAT compliance and prepare monthly VAT declarations
  • Assist in collecting information for tax declarations and support tax - related tasks
  • Work with Hivebuy and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) and other financial tools to streamline processes
  • Be open to learning new IT solutions to improve efficiency
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors and internal teams
  • Steuerfachangesteller or similar qualification in administration, finance, or accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a tax consultant office or accounts payable role
  • Very good knowledge of accounting payable principles and relevant VAT regulations
  • Experience preparing monthly VAT declarations
  • Familiarity with financial tools and willingness to improve existing systems
  • Open-minded, proactive, and able to communicate effectively
  • Comfortable working in an IT- driven environment
  • Advanced level of German and English required
