• Completed field of study in Business Administration, Banking,Finance or Accounting and / or other business-focused areas, ideallycombined with strong IT-skills
• Practical experience gained, forexample, as an intern or working student (maximum of 1,5 years)
• Experience in common MS Office applications, experience inSAP-applications would be appreciated
• Interest in challengingproject tasks and associated challenges (this bullet point can beexchanged with your individual requirement if necessary)
• Flexibility to work at different ZEISS locations in Germany duringthe program
• Fluent in English & German, both written andspoken, further languages beneficial Your Role During the 18months, you will rotate between 4 different ZEISS departmentsacross the company's different business units and possibly alsoabroad.

Which departments these are depends on you your chosenfocus and your future role. During the program, you will also takepart in several training sessions, workshops and project work thatenhances your professional and personal development.

All this aimsat enabling you to hit the ground running after completing theprogram and make you familiar with the basics to kickstart yourcareer @ ZEISS.

Possible tasks within the program :

• Support theTreasury Operations processes such as payments, cash applicationand cash flow planning
• Contribute to the implementation projectof the new SAP S / 4 ERP system in terms of banking and payments andgain experience in driving a project to success
• Take part indeveloping and implementing digital payment solutions and make anidea become reality
• Be part of an international cash managementproject such as selecting a regional bank or implementing a cashpooling structure
• Select and implement a software solution for adedicated treasury process
