StellenbeschreibungDevelop and refine embedded software for devices acting as AVB talkers and listeners Work with thirdparty AVB stacks to realize projectspecific functionality Bridge AVB streams with existing audio systems Modify Ethernet MAC drivers to ensure AVB compatibility Run validation tests using specialized AVB testing tools Carry out precise latency measurements Create and execute test cases for both validation and production environments Collaborate with clients to solve AVB interoperability challenges 35 years of handson experience in AVB software development on embedded platforms Solid grasp of realtime operating systems in lowlatency use cases Strong command of C and C Deep understanding of Ethernet AVB protocols and synchronization mechanisms Confident using Git for version control Fluent communication skills in English both spoken and written Experience with Ethernet AVB test equipment (e.g. TSN Systems) Familiarity with agile development tools and workflows German language proficiency Background in the automotive sector Competitive salary package (e.g. 80110k with 45 years of experience) 13.5 monthly salaries per year (0.5 in May 1 in November as Christmas bonus) Annual performancebased personal bonus (after probation period) Pension plan available after 5 years with the company Overtime can be compensated with time off Flexible hybrid work model (23 days onsite per week) Startuplike environment with a flat hierarchy and little bureaucracy High level of autonomy and ownership in projects Opportunities to contribute beyond your core role (e.g. help develop internal tools or systems) Work in an international team with English as the main internal language Projects with global impact (e.g. for collaborations on request) Chance to work closely with top engineers and industry expets Fast decisionmaking processes and direct collaboration with technical leadership Exciting handson product vision involving realtime audio processing and amplifier tech Contribution to a fastgrowing Germanrooted division within a globally active tech company many more to come! please note that applications from outside of Germany cannot be considered for this position.
