Ready to make a real impact in healthcare sales? Join our team as an Sales Support Specialist and be the driving force behind our German Breast & Skeletal Health (BSH) Gantry & Consumables business!
As our Sales Support Specialist you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, providing expert commercial and administrative support to the BSH sales team. You’ll help manage customer requests, troubleshoot order processing issues, coordinate exciting projects, like our Mammography Trailer Business, and ensure a seamless customer journey from lead to close.
You will be the central coordinator within the commercial ecosystem, bridging customer needs with internal operational excellence. The role supports the sales team and it is mainly office based, cross-functional collaboration is essential. What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for all customer and team inquiries related to BSH Gantry & Consumables
- Support sales with quotations, order processing, tracking, and invoicing
- Coordinate projects, focusing on timelines, resources, budgets, and status reports
- Optimize order-to-delivery processes for the trailer business, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate installations, billing, and regulatory compliance
- Create and manage purchase orders for new customers and contractors
- Communicate clearly with customers about training, installations, and project updates
- Accurately record project and installation data, and distribute necessary documentation for invoicing
- Proactively identify and solve blockers in the sales order process
What You Bring:
- Commercial or technical education with experience in sales support, back-office operations, or project coordination
- Experience in the medical technology industry, with knowledge of the German Healthcare system and tender process
- Experience with tender management and procurement processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and data quality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
- Fluent in German, proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Travel: 1–4 times per year

Als Inside Sales Specialist/Vertriebsinnendienstmitarbeiter/in stehen Sie im Mittelpunkt unserer Vertriebsaktivitäten und bieten dem BSH-Vertriebsteam professionelle kaufmännische und administrative Unterstützung. Sie betreuen Kundenanfragen, beheben Probleme bei der Auftragsbearbeitung, koordinieren spannende Projekte (wie unser Mammographie-Trailer-Geschäft!) und sorgen für eine reibungslose Customer Journey vom Lead bis zum Abschluss.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Kunden- und Team-Anfragen rund um BSH Gantry & Consumables
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Angeboten, Auftragsbearbeitung, Nachverfolgung und Rechnungsstellung
- Koordination von Projekten mit Fokus auf Zeitpläne, Ressourcen, Budgets und Statusberichte
- Optimierung der Order-to-Delivery-Prozesse für das Trailer-Geschäft, Sicherstellung von Genauigkeit und Compliance
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Unterstützung von Installationen, Abrechnung und regulatorischer Einhaltung
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Bestellungen für neue Kunden und Auftragnehmer
- Klare Kommunikation mit Kunden bezüglich Schulungen, Installationen und Projekt-Updates
- Präzise Dokumentation von Projekt- und Installationsdaten sowie Verteilung der notwendigen Unterlagen zur Rechnungsstellung
- Proaktive Identifikation und Lösung von Hindernissen im Auftragsprozess
Ihr Profil:
- Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in Vertriebsunterstützung, Back-Office oder Projektkoordination
- Erfahrungen in der Medizintechnik Branche sind Voraussetzung
- Erfahrung im Ausschreibungsmanagement und in Beschaffungsprozessen (von Vorteil!)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Proaktives Problemlöse- und Troubleshooting-Talent
- Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und Datenqualität
- Fähigkeit zum Multitasking und zur Priorisierung in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Tools (Salesforce bevorzugt) und MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft: 1–4 Mal pro Jahr
