Sales Manager – Internal Sales (IT Solutions)

We are working with an established and innovative IT technology company based in southern Germany, currently looking to strengthen their internal sales team with an experienced and driven Sales Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business known for its high-performance IT infrastructure solutions, supporting clients across industrial, enterprise, and control room environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow B2B client relationships from the office
- Collaborate with project managers and field sales teams throughout the sales cycle
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable IT hardware and software solutions
- Prepare quotes and offers, follow up with customers, and negotiate pricing and terms
- Contribute to internal sales process improvements and market strategy development
- Liaise with product management and marketing teams to support product launches and gather client feedback
Candidate Profile :
Proven experience in sales of IT products, software, hardware, or technical solutionsStrong communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsOrganised and self-motivated with a hands-on approachFluent in German and English (spoken and written)Proficient with CRM and ERP systemsA technical degree (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Sales or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent technical training is preferredWhat’s Offered :
