We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Communications Specialist with a strong tech-communication background to join our dynamic CTO team.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal & external communication- and content strategy for the CTO department

You’ll break new grounds by
- Crafting clear, compelling tech-focused content that captivates audiences ranging from technical experts to business leaders
- Translating complex technical information into clear, easy-to-understand language that engages target audiences, ensuring effective communication of key messages
- Coordinating the information processes between the CTO, business units, senior management, and other internal and external partners
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key communication partners like Thought Leadership to foster a cohesive, ONE TECHNOLOGY COMPANY approach
- Finding opportunities to improve communication processes and implementing new tools / channels as needed
- Providing writing, editing, and sharing support for CTO deliverables
You’ll win us over by :
Education : Master’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
Experience and skills :
Long-term marketing communications experience in a global, complex B2B environment
A strong passion for digitalization topics and familiarity with impact of the latest Data & AI trends
Experience in collecting, analyzing, and structuring key messages to transform them into engaging content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for multi-faceted tech audiences
Profound expertise in marketing / communication in a technology-driven environment
You will work with channels like Sharepoint, LinkedIn, Viva Engage, and other
Ways of working :
Strong hands-on mentality and attention to content details
Enthusiastic about working in an international team environment
Languages : fluent in English, other languages (esp. German) are a plus
