StellenbeschreibungSupport in ensuring compliance and further development of the quality assurance system at the site Participation in the implementation of internal audits, customer audits and inspections by authorities Interface function to internal and global units in the area of audit management and compliance alerts Processing and approval of complaints, deviations, OOS processes and change processes, taking into account the applicable framework requirements Evaluation and approval of CAPA measures, including monitoring of implementation status and effectiveness of measures Support and implementation of global Sandoz specifications (SQM, SOP) Support in the collection and evaluation of key quality indicators (KQI) Monitoring and qualification of suppliers including creation and maintenance of quality contracts Support with validation activities on site (planning, consulting, review) Maintenance and continuous improvement of the existing quality system (e.g. SOPs, Quality Manual, Site Master File) Completed (technical) university degree, e.g. in biology, pharmacy, chemistry or a comparable qualification Very good command of written and spoken English Distinct solution-oriented way of thinking and acting

In this role, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring and further developing our quality assurance system and work on cross-location and global projects. You will act as an interface between internal departments, international partners and external audit bodies.
