What Youll Be Doing: Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clarity Handling requests via phone, email, and chat in German Troubleshooting technical or account-related issues Escalating complex cases when necessary Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups Maintaining accurate records in internal systems Salary & Benefits: Monthly Salary: Between 1,400 1,600 (depending on the project & your profile) Performance Bonus: Additional monthly incentives On-Site Position: Based in Greece enjoy Mediterranean life while building your career!
