YOUR MISSION

  • Oversee the entire engagement setup process , from identification of an opportunity to tender response, drawing on your expertise and network in the industry, with a focus on consultancy & professional business services and staffing solutions
  • Evaluate the bid processes, integrating industry best practices and past insights , composing and guiding persuasive proposals that effectively communicate the quality of the services
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase win rates and maximize revenue from successful bids
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of thought leadership content , including articles, interviews, and speaking events

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENT

  • Demonstrated history of leading high-performing tenders managing large , complex bids within the realm of professional and / or staffing services , e.g. aeronautical, aerospace, or IT services catering for  European public and non-public organizations
  • Deep understanding of the industry and the specific challenges and opportunities faced by scale-ups
  • Exceptional knowledge of bid management methodologies, proposal writing, and evaluation criteria
  • Ability to critically assess the quotation process and the confidence to propose meaningful enhancements
