You are ready, if you have

the willingness to participate in our mission to digitise the logistics world by bringing modern solutions to the users, which significantly improve their daily work

fluent German, French and English and the ability to use them in verbal and written formal communication

first experience in Customer Service or Customer Care

fast technical comprehension, are comfortable with MS Office Suite, and willing to learn more

high level of organisational skills, pro-activity, and reliability

diverse tasks autonomously solved in analysing and answering customers’ inquiries about the usage of our platform Transporeon

supporting our customers with their queries regarding received invoices

administrative tasks such as problem analyses, information to our customers, training and small translations
