StellenbeschreibungYou have successfully completed your studies with focus on Business or System Engineering Proven experience in designing automation and material handling solutions, particularly in AMR technology Experience in intra-logistics operations (e.g., retail distribution, online order fulfillment), automated material handling equipment, and warehouse management software is essential Strong background in process engineering, concept development, and visualization Knowledge of CAD software is preferred Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex information, making it relevant and actionable for key stakeholders Team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) to our Swisslog offices Dortmund, Germany Swisslog, hybrid Research & Development Permanent Position
Responsibilities
Make an impact
- Drive the standardization of AMR solutions by developing comprehensive blueprints to be implemented across all regions, facilitating repeatable business opportunities
- Ensure blueprints cover all critical aspects of the solution, including sales strategy, design, budgeting tools, and training programs
- Support strategic global projects while sharing your expertise with the broader organization
- Oversee the implementation of the roadmap established by Solution Management, collaborating with the Solution Design and Engineering team, as well as the Simulation and Product Management groups
- The position holder is responsible for AMR Solutions. This solution class includes Mobile Shelves technologies, AMR for Pallet handling, Automatic Crane Robots (ACR) and more
- Main market segments of application are Food & Beverage, Apparel, and fast moving consumer goods
