Start : June 1st 2024

Duration : 12 months (extension of up to another 12 months possible)

Your tasks and responsibilities

Supporting on time and efficiently a manager or a team in operational, planning or organizational tasks.

Manage supplier relationships

Commodity Multi-Functional Team(MFT) support

Tenders and supplier selection processes support

Contract management support : Set-up, negotiate & manage contractual agreements with suppliers, including negotiations for existing contracts & new supplier contracts.

Desired skills and qualifications

Enrolled full-time student (d / f / m) in the area of project management, negotiation or an equivalent field of study.

First practical experience in the field of procurement and project management is desirable.

Knowledge of SAP would be an asset

Negotiation skill and the ability to persuade, influence and convince

Leadership and management

Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks

Skills in relationship building, team building, empowering, motivating others and conflict management.

Business fluent level of English
