Business System Analyst (m / f / d) – Order to Cash (SAP Commerce Cloud, ERP, WMS)

We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to support and optimize the Order to Cash (O2C) process in an e-commerce and logistics-driven environment. The role focuses on integrating and improving processes within our legacy and new Enterprise solutions which Organization is bringing in, such as SAP Commerce Cloud , multiple ERPs , and Enterprise level Pricing software , Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure seamless order processing, invoicing, and fulfilment.

Job Description

Process Analysis & Optimization

• Analyse and document the current Order to Cash (O2C) processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure process enhancements align with business objectives.
