Working Student (f/m/d) - SAP University Alliances - Operations Marketing

What you’ll do

We are looking for a committed and passionate working student to support the SAP University Alliances Operations team with the following capabilities required.

• Administrative tasks : e.g. contract creation
• Organization of events and internal workshops
• Cross-organizational communication with fellow teams
• First-Level community support & management
• Communication with SAP UA customers (professors and students)
• Reporting of events and customers in SAP Customer Relationship Management and SAP Cloud for Customer

What you bring

• Student (w / m / d) at a university or a university of applied science
• Preferred fields of Study : Business Administration, Marketing, IT
• Fluent in German and English
• Good Communication skills
• Secure knowledge of MS Office
• Analytical skills and ability to work conceptually
• Ability to work across functions, regions and countries virtually combined with excellent interpersonal skills

Partnering with educational institutions - schools and universities is key for us to foster next generation talent for the ecosystem.

Furthermore, we join forces in strategic research activities to build high-impact collaborations between universities and SAP.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
