Sales Specialist - Surgical

We are now looking for a driven Sales Specialist - Surgical to join our Gynecology and Surgical team, covering the Bavaria region.

What To Expect

• Drive Surgical Sales : Conduct sales calls and meetings with key decision makers to introduce and upsell our full portfolio of surgical products.
• Build and Grow Relationships : Develop strong, long-term relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and winning new business across the region.
• Partner With Clinical and Non-Clinical Stakeholders : Collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, supply chain, payers and other healthcare professionals to achieve your sales objectives.
• Provide In-Theatre Support : Support surgical procedures with expert technical product guidance in the operating room and deliver ongoing customer service in line with company policies.
• Monitor and Grow Your Market : Stay on top of market developments, competitor activity and customer needs in your territory to maximise market share, product adoption and specification.
• Work Across the Bavaria Region : Travel widely within Bavaria and collaborate with an experienced, ambitious sales team that shares your drive to make an impact.
