Your tasks

Requirements analysis : collaboration with the specialist departments to create and prioritize requirements
Project management : Planning and documentation of development packages in the software life cycle.
Coordination & control : cooperation with external service providers and support with the introduction of new features.
Quality assurance : carrying out functional and integration tests to ensure smooth performance.
Support & training : Support for users during rollout and regular training.
Incident management : analysis and monitoring to optimize application operation.
Further development & optimization : Active co-design of our systems and processes, including in the areas of interfaces, EDI, ERP, e-commerce, warehouse management and customer-specific in-house developments.

Your profile

Education & Experience : Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable training, ideally with 5-10 years of professional experience.

Project and process affinity : Experience with ERP systems and a strong understanding of business processes.

Tools & techniques : Confident handling of Jira and Azure DevOps and good programming skills

Analytical view : Good knowledge of interface technologies and strong process thinking.

Soft skills : Strong communication skills, team spirit and a high level of customer and solution orientation

Languages : Very good written and spoken German and English.
