Job Overview :
We are a cleantech company entering an exciting phase of large-scale development and are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will coordinate multiple high-value projects from initial stages to completion. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with customers, project partners, grant bodies, suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal teams.
Projects typically range from 12 to 36 months, and this role may require travel within Europe and occasionally further afield.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the agreed specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with customers.
- Develop and monitor the project plan.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage internal and external project reporting in line with governance and contractual requirements.
- Protect the contracted project scope and manage scope variations with clients.
- Coordinate sub-contractors and key suppliers.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of the company’s products.
About You :
The ideal candidate will be driven, pragmatic, and capable of working independently.
- Proven experience in project management, working on EPC contracts within the oil & gas space.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-facing experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems and processes.
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) with solid project management skills.
