My client, an international world known law firm in the heart of Düsseldorf are searching a Receptionist and Conference Coordinator.
Full-time, Permanent.
Tasks
- Point of contact for (international) clients, guests, and employees.
- Handling correspondence both by phone and in writing in German and English.
- Planning, organising, and professionally managing meetings and events
- Coordinating package and courier services as well as processing invoices.
- You are responsible for your duties within our shift system, working regulated hours between 7 : 30 AM and 7 : 00 PM.
