We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate  Quality Assurance Manager (m / w / d)  to become part of one of our Fulfillment Tech Enabling Team at  ABOUT YOU !

Our  Fulfillment Tech Team is responsible for efficient and stable system solutions connecting our internal systems with external logistics-driven systems, e.g. warehouse management systems. With a great sense of logistical business processes and deep knowledge of our systems, they ensure the processing of thousands of parcels per day and a smooth customer experience within the fulfillment process.

What you will do

  • Perform high-quality manual and automated testing for our middleware backend systems connected to our 3rd party logistics providers
  • Introducing standard processes for manual and automated testing to ensure ongoing high quality in deployments & features
  • Work together with developers on testing complex issues, working directly with databases & APIs
  • Being able to reproduce and provide insights into issues & bug reports by analyzing logs & monitoring
  • Coordinate testing efforts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality features
  • Join on tech conceptions in order to support finding efficient tech solutions in complex environments

Who you are

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and debugging of the backend complex tech projects
  • You are experienced in manual testing (explorative and destructive) as well as automated testing with great attention to detail
  • You are able to get a quick grasp of complex technical systems
  • You easily build up knowledge of business processes and you keep the business value of the processes in mind
  • You possess very good communication skills and the ability to handle different stakeholders
  • You speak and write English fluently
