Responsibilities :
- Lead global commercial processes in Wound Care, including market access, pricing, market intelligence, SFE tools across 9 key countries
- Drive global market access strategy , including methodologies, value-based pricing, and new reimbursement pathways in collaboration with local experts
- Steer the Global Market Access Board and foster alignment between global and local market access teams
- Provide strategic market access and pricing input into the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process
- Deliver quarterly competitor intelligence to the Wound Care Board and annual insights for executive leadership
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the global Wound Care strategy
- Create and improve sales force efficiency tools (e.g., e-detailing, CRM processes) with internal stakeholders
- Support global business development beyond key markets
Qualifications :
Degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, or a related field10+ years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on Wound Care and Rx productsDeep expertise in global strategic Market Access and local executionStrong ability to interpret clinical and economic outcomes from medical studiesProven leadership in cross-functional and international collaborationExcellent understanding of pricing, reimbursement, and health policy frameworksExperience with PLM and commercial excellence tools (e.g., SFE, CRM)Fluent in English; additional languages are a plusBenefits :
