What You’ll Do :
- Customer Journey Support : Guide and support existing customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to ongoing operations.
- Personalized Customer Care : Proactively engage with your regular customer base, addressing their concerns and needs with a personal touch.
- Training & Expertise : Conduct user training for the software, representing the company as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
- Project Management : Manage customer projects by identifying requirements, creating project plans, and coordinating implementation with the product team.
- Customer Satisfaction : Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and implement measures to maintain high service standards.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling : Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities through in-depth analysis of customer needs, in collaboration with the sales team.
- Collaboration : Work closely with product, development, and sales teams to refine and expand the software, incorporating customer feedback.
- Team Development : Contribute to the growth and improvement of the Customer Success team with your insights and experience.
