Are you looking forward to taking on a new role as Team Lead of Project Managers that specialized on data projects ? A client in the IT Services is currently looking for a Head of Project Management - Data (industry ; permanent contract).
The company is located in Luxembourg with 25 to 30 employees. We are seeking a Project Manager Team Lead to oversee and support a team dedicated to managing data-driven projects. This strategic role requires strong expertise in project management, experience implementing tracking tools, and the ability to thrive in a data-focused environment.
Your responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, ensuring their growth and performance.
- Design and implement an effective project tracking tool in collaboration with stakeholders to streamline workflows.
- Structure and optimise project management processes to align with strategic objectives and ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee and manage complex projects, with a primary focus on data-related initiatives (data collection, analysis, visualisation, management, etc.).
- Facilitate clear communication across teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet established performance indicators.
Required skills for this role :
Proven experience in managing and leading project management teams.Strong expertise in data-oriented projects and familiarity with data management tools and methodologies.Experience of implementing project management or tracking tools from scratch.Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications).Experience in data analytics, data governance, or similar fields.Knowledge of industry-standard tools like Jira, Monday.com, or other project management software.Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.Your rewards and benefits for this role :
