Job Title : GF Referent / Assistant to the CEO

My client are a fast-growing technology company specializing in delivering advanced web-based solutions and software applications to a diverse range of clients. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, the company helps businesses enhance their digital presence and optimize processes through custom software development and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities :

As the company grow, they are looking for someone to take over the coordination and supervision of company wide topics and central projects. For this purpose, they are looking someone who will be the right hand of the management and work cross-functionally with developers, stakeholders and client – the CEO’s go to person!

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex and central company projects.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • You will be responsible for the strategic planning and analysis of internal processes.
  • You will actively support the CEO’s with tasks such as research, summarizing incoming documents, preparing presentations and operational tasks.

Required Experience :

  • Strong project management and ownership with a high degree of accuracy, reliability and attention to detail.
  • Strong technical background, preferably in web development, software development, or IT.
  • Structured and planned approach / clear operational understanding.
  • Technical development and knowledge is essential.
  • Strong process thinking.
  • Ability to familiarize yourself quickly and well with new topics.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
