CustomerInsight Gathering : You participate in gatheringcustomer insights and extract customer needs, making a valuablecontribution to the product strategy and development. You are theowner of NPS campaigns and processes. You support the product teamin getting clear ideas and validating innovationconcepts.

DefineUSP : You define the value proposition for newfeatures with your colleagues from the product and marketing teams,clearly differentiating them from thecompetition.

Competitiveintelligence : Conduct detailed studies to followmarket trends and bestpractices.

Go-to-market : You develop go-to-market strategies and execute them yourself forour main initiatives, from team training, creating the rightmaterial and campaigns, setting up appropriate processes, anddefining and monitoringKPIs.

Productambassador : Promote post-launch successes, ensuresmooth liaison between the various teams along with productmanagers, and assist Marketing teams in the creation of variouscontent.

Positioningand Messaging : You are responsible for marketing newfeatures and solutions that meet the needs of specific customersegments (companies / partners / members). The full ecosystem is yourplayground; our products and portals, as well as the app store andmarketing website, need to be incorporated into yourstrategy.

• Build thejob : As the first Senior ProductMarketing Manager in the Wellpass Product team , youwill need to define the process and standards for your role. Youmight align scope, knowledge, and rituals with the EGYM GroupProduct Marketing team but will be autonomous in that role withinthe Wellpass Business Unit.

Yourfitnesslevel

Youalready have at least 5 years of relevant professional experiencein (B2B / B2C) product marketing for softwareproducts.

Youhave strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge ofidentifying market needs, developing product go-to-marketstrategies, and productupdates.

Youhave already worked with marketing, sales, and product teams in thestrategic and customer-oriented positioning of aproduct.

You like to immerseyourself in topics and develop current market trends withinnovative ideas.

You have ahands-on mentality and enjoy taking end-to-end responsibility forprojects in a fast-moving environment and like to actively shapeprocesses.

You are a trueteam player (m / f / d) and interact successfully with colleagues incross-functional teams.

Youspeak English & German fluently ,and speaking French is aplus.

Your training goalfor your first 6 months

Youhave successfully developed the go-to-market strategy for ourbiggest initiatives. You will be co-responsible for the adoptionrate of these initiatives (alongside our cross-functional squadmembers).

You brought yourexpertise and fresh ideas to the table, setting up the ProductMarketing scope, processes, and reputation in Wellpass teams,taking product marketing to a new level ofexcellence.

You establisheda trustworthy and efficient relationship with the Product Teammembers.
