What do you contribute?
We offer you the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the success of a major international project as an expert (f / m / d) in quality management and to develop your skills in a dynamic and future-oriented working environment with a high degree of personal responsibility and creative freedom.
- In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring and reviewing quality standards, contractual, normative and procedural requirements in a major international rail infrastructure upgrade project.
- You will act as the contact person (f / m / d) for all quality-related topics in the project and will be in close contact with the project management and our international customers.
- Through preventive, proactive and reactive measures, you will ensure the avoidance of errors and ensure the continuous improvement of processes across all phases of the project.
This also includes managing customer complaints.
- Also, you will create and maintain project quality plans and quality management reports in accordance with relevant standards and conduct internal process audits to ensure compliance with defined quality requirements.
- As a member of the project core team, you will work closely with the project management and cross-functional departments (onshore and offshore) to achieve optimal results and to identify and address potential risks at an early stage.
What do you bring along?
- You hold a university degree in an engineering discipline.
- In addition, you have several years of professional experience as a quality manager (f / m / d) in an international project or as a project manager (f / m / d).
- You have gained experience in the implementation and monitoring of quality management processes, preferably in international projects, ideally in the field of railroad signaling technology, alternatively in the mobility environment.
- Furthermore, you have sound knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ideally also IRIS or CENELEC.
- A customer-oriented mindset, the ability to work in a team and a pronounced solution orientation round off your profile.
- You will be fluent in German and English for your tasks in the international project.
