The Brand Content at Ageras

Our role at the Brand Content team is to build and bring to life a trustworthy, distinct and consistent global brand around Ageras, generates awareness and engage with our different audiences (customers, partners, employees, etc) on our different levers (website, social media, influence, PR, etc) to help us grow.

To stay on course and achieve these goals, the team has been divided into four different streams : Press Relations Communication Community Content Creative Studio Global Brand Management.

We’re just at the beginning of our journey. In order to build and deploy our brand successfully, we need support from a Global Brand Manager, who will own the Global Management stream, with the support of the Brand Content Director.

Your Role as a Brand Manager

As part of the Brand content team within the revenue tribe, you will primarily contribute on building a Ageras brand aligned with our company strategy, values and product positioning, and that will support our growth across our 4 core markets (France, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark). You will work closely with Growth team, Local marketing teams and Brand creative studio to ensure we provide a consistent experience across all major touch points and design integrated global marketing campaigns to boost our awareness.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated campaigns that aligns with brand objectives and business KPIs to maximize the impact of our global and local operations
  • Take strategic initiative to increase Ageras brand awareness and maximize the impact of new product launches in coordination with the local marketing teams and growth teams
  • Start the foundations of research around audience, culture and competitors, in order to develop crisp insights that will help shaping our brand strategy
  • Build our process to monitor brand health through tracking research and conduct messaging and communication research together with the Data team and / or via external resources
  • Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities.

About you

  • 4 years of Brand management experience or marketing experience in a fast-growing environment, on a SaaS product, or in creative agencies
  • Good balance of marketing, business and communication skills, ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Thorough understanding of media buying KPIs and solid experience in building fully integrated marketing strategies tailored to specific markets combining internal external stakeholders (external media agency on offline + internal activation on digital channels)
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate insights into successful brand strategies and activations
  • A doer, at ease in a fast-paced, low-processed and ever-changing environment, able to bring methodology and structure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proven experience working with SMBs.
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse countries and cultures
  • Languages : English (full professional proficiency)
