About the role
This remote internship focuses on quantitative survey research, including survey programming, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to provide valuable insights for clients through quantitative data collection and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program surveys and customize logic (skip logic, quotas, randomization) using Qualtrics
- Write and refine questionnaires
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including client communication
- Implement survey redirects, conduct quality checks, and handle translations
- Perform data analysis, quality control, and manage survey panels
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis (e.g., segmentation, conjoint, regression)
- Ensure survey quotas and timelines are met, collaborating with vendors as needed
- Clean, validate, and analyze data using Excel, SPSS, R, or Python
- Create comprehensive reports and present insights using charts and infographics
- Manage multiple research projects within deadlines and maintain clear client communication
Qualifications :
- Strong quantitative market analysis and survey programming skills
- Experience with Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey
- Familiarity with quantitative survey market research methodologies, techniques and concepts (e.g. Conjoint Analysis, MaxDiff, NPS, Discrete Choice, Factor Analysis, Segmentation, Van Westendorp, Gabor Granger, TURF Analysis, Likert Scales, Monadic vs Sequential Monadic Product Testing, Concept Testing Surveys, Sample Size calculation, Representative Samples, Ad Testing, A / B Testing, Cluster Analysis, etc.)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to interpret and present data clearly in Powerpoint reports
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Market Research, Statistics, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
