• Assess existing networks – identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
• Design, documentation, implementation and troubleshooting in accordance with clients’ needs/business objectives
• Automation – optimise & monitor network
• Security – firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols
• Client communication – the primary point of contact for their clients and ability to explain benefits of automation on their network
• Stay up to date with trends, new tech, and industry best practices
