Project Manager Flexible Packaging (m/f/d) Thailand - Projektmanagement, Technischer Vertrieb, IT
Your tasks :
- Oversee new machine installation projects for customers, from dispatch in Germany to the end of the warranty period.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers during installation and throughout the warranty period, addressing all technical issues.
- Organize pre-installation meetings and site inspections with service engineers.
- Plan and schedule engineers to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with contractors to facilitate efficient machine installation.
- Manage and monitor the project budget, ensuring all expenses remain within allocated limits.
- Interface between technicians and Business Units to promptly resolve technical problems and provide swift solutions to customers.
- Verify travel expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Efficiently manage and resolve warranty claims.
- Create machine and structure drawings using CAD software.

Your profile :
- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, with additional commercial education or experience.
- Proven expertise as a project manager for technical projects or in the installation of complex equipment and machinery.
- Experience in special machine construction.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Strong skills in MS Office and ERP systems such as Penta or SAP.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and intercultural skills.
- Proficiency in English, with knowledge of other languages (e.g., Mandarin, German) being advantageous.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
- A proactive individual committed to continuous learning.
