Your tasks

• Method management: Support in the development, validation and transfer of physico-chemical analytical methods for biologics.
• Stability testing: Planning and setting up stability studies including sound evaluation of the analytical data generated.
• Lifecycle support: Monitoring and optimization of method performance over the entire product lifecycle.
• Analytical focus: Application of a broad portfolio ranging from SEC, CEX and icIEF to complex peptide mapping.
• Quality assurance: Implementation of classic pharmacopoeia methods (e.g. pH value, particle measurement) in compliance with the highest standards.

Your profile

• Degree in natural sciences and sound professional experience in pharmaceutical analysis (laboratory environment).
• In-depth knowledge of chromatography (SEC/CEX) and electrophoresis, ideally in the field of biological drugs.
• Confident handling of documentation standards in a regulated environment and experience with pharmacopoeial methods.
• Routine use of Office software, ELN (electronic laboratory notebooks) and LIMS systems.
• Independent, structured way of working coupled with fluency in German and English.
