Your Impact

The Frankfurt office of PAREF Investment Management Germany GmbH is seeking an asset manager with extensive financial analysis skills and technical skills to support our German Real Estate Asset Management and Investment function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing direct asset management / investment management and asset management oversight (with external asset managers) of real estate assets (offices, big box retail, healthcare…)

The position is reporting to the Head of Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate transaction, asset management and development management processes for national and international clients regarding assets in Germany
• Prepare presentations, reports, meetings and minutes for different internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain financial models that evaluate the effects of different strategic alternatives
• Provide thoughtful commentary regarding the performance of real estate investments and key profit / loss drivers
• Ensure regular site tours of assets in Germany
• Follow Development and Refurbishment projects directly and / or oversight external asset managers / developers

Your Skills

Profile

You have a Master degree in Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Asset Management, Architecture, Civil engineering or comparable.

You already have a 2-3 years’ experience in Real Estate with focus on Asset Management, refurbishments and full development projects with financial analysis component.

Also, you have strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external relationships.
