StellenbeschreibungYou coordinate and manage projects, both internally and with external partners inside You determine the requirements for the CRM system (as well as for other specialist applications) together with colleagues from the respective specialist departments, then implement them and communicate the changes to the users inside You document the systems used and maintain the process manual You support our internal users with your technical knowledge in the selection and use of our internal tools (e.g. CRM, ERP, DMS). You will also be on hand to answer queries from our external customers who use our services You not only carry out troubleshooting and patch / release management, but also take responsibility for driving continuous improvement You play a key role in shaping the consolidation and automation of internal IT processes and contribute to operating our systems at the highest level You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics or training as an IT specialist with business administration content or have a comparable qualification You have initial professional experience in the support of critical applications and systems (ideally CRM, alternatively also ERP or DMS) in a medium-sized company or with an IT service provider You have experience in the support of internal specialist processes, automation (scripting) and operational monitoring You ideally have knowledge of RestApi, JavaScript, TypeScript and SQL You are characterized by a high level of commitment, service orientation, independent, structured work and communication skills You ideally have project management experience and have already gained initial experience in requirements management I'm good on my own - we're unbeatable as a team.
