📞 Initiate outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls

🧠 Present tailored recruitment solutions that address local skills shortages and hiring challenges

🤝 Set up discovery calls and facilitate smooth transitions to the recruitment delivery team

📈 Collaborate with internal teams to refine go-to-market and outreach strategies

🧾 Report regularly on pipeline health, lead quality, and business opportunities

🎯 Your Profile :

• ️ 5+ years in business development or sales within B2B environments
• ️ Previous experience or knowledge of international recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services
• ️ Deep understanding of local hiring needs and cross-border workforce trends
• ️ Proven ability to open doors and develop early-stage business relationships
• ️ Fluent English; local language(s) a significant advantage
