PRE-SALES DIGITAL SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT Location EBERSBERG Im Klosterbauhof 3 85560 Ebersberg () Description In your future position as Pre-Sales Digital Solution Consultant you are an integral part of our sales organization in Central Europe.

You are a technically and communicative highly skilled person who will be not only supporting sales but mainly supporting and advising clients in their digital transformation endowers.

You are part of our international team and act as a bridge between our internal teams (Product Management and Solution Development) and the sales organization.

In this role you are a two-way translator, one outside-in translating customer needs in product development and secondly building customer solutions based on our digital propositions.

High technical affinity, strong communication skills and a passion for digital solutionsoriented customer advisory are your must-have qualification assets.

This role reports into the Head of Sales Central Europe and will be based in Germany (Ebersberg near Munich).Responsibilities : Support sales operations related to digital front solutions Co-lead RFI and RFP processes by providing solution, market knowledge and content, answering questions, coordinating internal teams Be the internal first point of contact for the sales organization in understanding customer needs, translating them in solution designs and assessing and collecting relevant information from cross-functional teams Understand both customer needs and our product and solution capabilities to provide appropriate solution approaches for clients in sales processes Prepare and conduct presentations and system demos in front of customers Support market development activities of sales and marketing teams by sharing knowledge and information related to market dynamics and customer needs Support the sales organization to keep the CRM tool up-to-date Required Skills Bachelor s degree preferred Relevant experience in Fintech-market in a sales position and strong affinity to digital solutions Strong technical background and passion about digital front solutions Experience in working with customers from the financial industry in central Europe - preferably with Banks, Wealth, and Asset Managers Ability to understand complex customer needs, business strategies and IT landscapes and translate them to internal expert teams and develop and shape solution designs for customers Strong oral and written communication skills to efficiently collaborate in an international environment between cross-functional teams and to understand and convince customers Proven experience in sales or closely sales-related similar roles in the financial industry Experience in project management (sales or other projects) Personal Profile Highly solution-oriented and problem-solving mind-set with a strong ability to set right priorities while working under pressure Highly self-motivated and very well-structured working style Excellent German and English language skills Additional European languages e.
