Your Responsibilities

You lead disciplinary : You motivate and develop employees according to their needs (including determining training needs conducting employee / annual reviews monitoring compliance with company and legal regulations reviewing and approving vacation requests and expense reports ...
You manage prepare prioritize follow up and control specific areas and projects within the department
You build competencies plan and manage resources in coordination with the Regional Lead EMEA
You promote expand and maintain collaboration between the specialist and business areas

What Makes You Successful

You have experience in the field of Regulatory Affairs in the food / drink flavor or related industries

You enjoy working with people and lead a team with diverse personalities based on ADMs values

You can analyze problems and solve them independently

You have some experience in employee management and motivation

You are fluent in English both spoken and written

You have very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP applications

You possess excellent communication skills (towards employees in the specialist department and other areas) excellent teamwork solutionoriented approach confident and composed appearance a high level of initiative commitment and flexibility

You are open to new challenges (such as coaching mentoring personal or team development) and willing to improve agility working methods and global thinking
