(Associate) Director - Corporate Strategy (all genders) (part-time/full time)
We are offering an exciting opportunity in Corporate Strategy, where you will join us in unlocking our full potential to take the company to the next level.
As part of an enthusiastic, vibrant, and growing team, you will drive the company's strategy development, portfolio, and M&A strategy, as well as the execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
In doing so, you will collaborate cross-functionally with several corporate and sector functions, e.g. including controlling, M&A and our business strategy teams.
Your contribution will ultimately enable decision-making at the Executive Board level regarding strategic capital allocation and priority areas.
Who you are : Excellent Master’s degree in Business Administration and / or Natural Science, a PhD and / or MBA is a plus5+ years of professional experience in strategy development, portfolio management, and / or M&A, gained in top-tier strategy consulting, inhouse consulting and / or corporate developmentEntrepreneurial, results-driven attitude and proactive way of working in a challenging and dynamic environmentDistinctive know-how in our business sectors coupled with extensive experience in strategic planning and financial analysisOutstanding analytical skills combined with demonstrated ability for strategic and conceptual thinkingCompelling expertise in strategic and financial priorities on group / sector level, with in-depth understanding of economic trends impacting our business and various functionsProven project and stakeholder management skills to successfully work cross-function and cross-sector in a complex and fast-moving environment including C-level engagementExcellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken), German and any another foreign language is a plus, strong literacy in MS Office is a prerequisite
