Key Responsibilities
As part of our dynamic and multidisciplinary team, you will handle pre-litigation and civil and commercial litigation cases, including employment law, civil liability, insolvency law, shareholder disputes, and compulsory execution.
Working in a structured, supportive environment that cultivates professional development and play a role in coaching and mentoring junior team members, supervising trainees, and nurturing talent within the team, whilst collaborating with experienced lawyers while contributing to innovative legal strategies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We want to hear from experienced associates with a minimum of 5 years in civil and commercial litigation in Luxembourg, who is registered with the Luxembourg bar as “Avocat à la Cour”. Someone who is knowledgeable, with a solid command of civil, commercial, and corporate law in Luxembourg.
An individual who is bilingual or multilingual, with excellent French and English skills (both written and spoken); German and Luxembourgish are a plus.
