At our Studienkolleg near the picturesque Treptower Park, located directly on the Spree, we support young talents from all over the world in preparing for their studies at a German university in terms of language and subject. As a student advisor, you are the first point of contact for our students. You will guide them through the entire application process, advise them on their choice of studies and help them achieve their academic goals. If you enjoy supporting people and have a passion for education, we look forward to getting to know you! Aufgaben You will work in a small and dynamic team. In your work as a study advisor, you inform prospective students about our programs. This is done in the traditional way (e-mail, telephone), on social media channels, in meetings, virtually and on site. You will support colleagues in processing applications for our programs. You will work in our application platform and communicate with the applicants as well as with other external partners, e.g. with our partner universities. You will also help with events on site - both events related to the program itself and leisure activities. You will also support students with everyday questions and concerns. Qualifikation Proficiency in English at a professional working level. Professional knowledge of German is desirable but not essential. Other language skills are helpful. Strong organizational skills, structured, independent and accurate work. Reliable and committed to the job. Team player and good communication skills. Experience in study program coordination and student advising is desirable. Experience in working with social media a plus.
