We are looking for you as Sales Operations Specialist (gn) to join our Sales department for our headquartes in Fulda or remote in Germany starting at the earliest possible date.
In the case of a remote position based in Germany, occasional visits to our headquarters in Fulda are required.

Your Role
Support the Sales Team in strategic, tactical, and operational planning activitiesPrepare and coordinate quotations, RFQs, and RFPs in collaboration with Account Executives and Key Account ManagersEnsure timely, high-quality submissions while adhering to internal processes and specificationsContribute to contract negotiations and sales controlling activitiesDrive continuous optimization and digitization of sales processes through proactive suggestionsMaintain and improve Salesforce and SAP systems for offer preparation, order processing, and sales performance evaluationsDevelop and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor KPI achievementBuild up industry-specific knowledge (e.g. construction, mining, agriculture, forestry) to identify customer needs and market opportunitiesYour Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related functionProficiency with Salesforce as well as strong data and reporting skillsProficiency with Microsoft too ls (Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with SAP and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantageStructured, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detailExcellent organizational and communication skillsProactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills and a passion for process improvementFluency in English , additional languages, such as German, are a plusfast-growing international tech company focus on telematics, SaaS headquarters & manufacturing in Fulda offices in the USA & South Korea
